I get really excited about guitars! I have 20+ guitars and 4 mandolins (and one ukulele). Nothing too fancy, but I love them.
I have owned and played guitars for over 40 years. I have been building, repairing and setting up guitars for almost 10 years. Actually, my first kit guitar was a nice quality Les Paul copy that I built when I discovered they had a shop available for us while I was stationed in Indianapolis around 1980. I finished it with some parts (Grovers and Tim Shaw humbuckers – one is on the baritone tele!) and an outsourced finish job through High Country Music (?) when I was stationed in Colorado Springs (hadn’t found a shop there yet).
Along with taking the time and care to make an instrument play at its best, I really love creating and fixing things, and I will use that passion to get your guitar in proper playing condition.
